For meet descriptions see the lower portion of this page below the table. Plan on spending the complete morning or afternoon (depending on age group) at the swim meet. Championship and district meets have finals in the evening. Please see your UNAC coach before you leave if you are not familiar with the meet you are at. Missing finals without scratching during the set time period causes financial and swimming penalties to be assessed against UNAC and your swimmer. Please help to avoid this situation. STSL Meets 1 - 4 do not have finals.

STSL NOTES:
- Please see the event listing to see what events are offered. Sign-up sheets will be available 1-2 weeks prior to the meet. Please indicate that you will OR won't be attending. Indicate your entry time if it is not listed. Sign-ups are due the THURSDAY PRIOR to the meet. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- You must swim two (2) league meets to be eligible to attend the STSL Championship meet. All Developmental and Advanced swimmers are required to attend STSL Championships.
- Advanced swimmers must attend a minimum of 4 regular season STSL meets.
- Please see a coach if you have any questions.
- All developmental swimmers are strongly encouraged to attend the Liverpool meet. The Liverpool Jets club is one of our strongest supporters for our Sertoma summer meet. UNAC should enthusiastically support their meet as well.
Niagara Notes:
Bronze Districts is open to everyone. ALL developmental swimmers are required to attend.
1) Swimmers may swim any event at Bronze JO/Districts in which they
have not yet achieved a Silver or faster time during sanctioned
USA-Swimming competition.
2) Swimmers may swim any event at Silver JO/Districts in which they
have achieved the Silver time standard but not yet achieved the Gold
time standard during sanctioned USA-Swimming competition.
3) Swimmers may swim any event at the Gold JO/Districts in which they
have achieved the Gold time standard during sanctioned USA-Swimming
competition. In addition, swimmers will be eligible to swim bonus
events at the Gold JO/District meets according to their number of Gold
standard times achieved.
4) Niagara District Eastern Zone team selection occurs following the
Gold District Championship.Only swimmers who compete at the Gold
District meet are eligible for selection.
Bronze District Championship: Meet open to all swimmers, a good chance for everyone to experience a championship meet format, and a qualifier for Silver and Gold times.
Silver Junior Olympics (JO's) and District Championship: Swimmers must have a Silver time (but slower than Gold) in every event that they sign up for.
Gold JO's and District Championship: Swimmers must have a Gold time in at least one event to sign up for the meet. For each Gold cut time that the swimmer has made, they may also swim an event at the Gold meet for which they have not met the cut time. For example, if the swimmer made the cut time in 3 events, they may swim 6 events total (3 of which must be the events qualified in).
The coaches will post the meet eligibility list for Silver and Gold meets prior to the meet deadline. Check to see if eligible. This eligibility list will be updated after each league meet. (See Below.)
