We invite all Swimmers from our local communities to join UNAC.

UNAC will hold registration and assessments at the Johnson City High School pool for the Winter session on the dates and times listed below. Please check the website often as these dates are subject to change due to conflicts at the JCHS or due to inclement weather. If school is canceled or dismissed early due to inclement weather UNAC will not have access to the pool.

NEW UNAC SWIMMERS

All swimmers new to UNAC need to be assessed by the coaching staff. Please come to registration prepared to swim with suit, cap, goggles and towel. Swimmer assessments are done to place swimmer's

in the proper practice group for their optimal development as a competitive swimmer. If you have any questions or concerns please email Donna Striley at dstriley@stny.rr.com

RETURNING UNAC SWIMMERS

All returning UNAC swimmers may register with the group they registered with last season or refer to the "Practice Groups" section on the website to determine if the assessment criteria for another group may be something you may want to consider.
